Our partners articulated their experiences with the existing process, highlighting a critical bottleneck - the necessity of manually completing payment for each product fee before any orders could be fulfilled. This process was not only time-consuming but also a source of frustration, as it required navigating through each order individually to complete the checkout process.

It illuminated the path forward, towards the development and implementation of an Auto Checkout feature, aimed at revolutionizing the way orders are handled, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You don't need to manually pay for your product fee when an order is made in your TikTok Shop anymore.

How to set up Auto Checkout

Customer Order Process

1. Your customer places an order via your TikTok Shop and pays the retail price you have set. You will then need to complete the order by paying ALLSALE the Product Cost (wholesale price) in order for us to start fulfilling the order.

2. Please do not click on "Create Label" button on your TikTok Shop order page because that will interrupt the order syncing to ALLSALE.

3. Their complete order info will sync over to your ALLSALE service -> My Orders

4. Manual Checkout :
All ALLSALE account default at Manual Checkout, which means new TikTok Shop orders will be unpaid. You will get an email reminder to checkout for the order so that ALLSALE can start fulfilling the order

To checkout for the unpaid order, go to ALLSALE service -> My Orders -> Unpaid

5. Auto Checkout:
Unpaid orders do not reserve the inventory of the product, so if an order is not paid, there is a chance the product is out of stock and you will need to refund your customer.
Turn on the Auto Checkout feature so you won't forget to pay an order.

Go to ALLSALE service --> My Profile --> Payment method --> Add Payment Method

To enable the Auto Checkout feature, we kindly ask that you add your card information.
Rest assured, your privacy and security are paramount to us. We do not store your card details on our system.

Now you finished to set up Auto Checkout. Once the order is paid, ALLSALE will start the fulfillment process.
